The Lawrence Apple Users’ Group 2.0 will be having a meeting entitled
“Making Digital Memories last…making memories last digitally. ” Wednesday, August 4th , 7pm at Douglas County Senior Services at 745 Vermont Street in Lawrence.
We’ll have a outstanding guest that will helps us to understand the challenges of preserving digital photos and other memories for future generations, and understand how you can use current technology to protect and preserve crumbling photos and other digital memories for future generations. This is not a Mac specific meeting, so invite your PC friends.
Angie has given this presentation before and will be updating it with an emphasis on a digital library program that applies to home digital archives.
